Gustavo has a eighteen-year experience as the head of the litigation team in large law firms.

Specialist in Contracts and Civil Liability from the Instituto de Direito Público (IDP), holds an MBA in Economy and Business Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Gustavo focused your carrer in Civil Litigation, especially in complex litigations involving contracts and civil liability in the areas of health, real estate, consumer relations, and banking law.

Currently, Gustavo is responsible not only for the coordination of Penna Machado Advogados headquarters, in São Paulo, but also acts directly in the conduction of several strategic litigations.
