Gustavo has broad experience in local and international arbitration, both as a practitioner and as arbitrator. He currently seats as arbitrator in more than a dozen of arbitrations. His experience includes working in Lima and Washington DC on the International Arbitration Department of Holland & Knight LLP. In addition, he holds an LLB from Universidad de Lima, an LLM in Law & Economics from University of California at Berkeley and teaches Law and Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru School of Law.
