Arbitration is the main practice area of the Firm. The Firm is distinguished for taking few cases and for not dividing the transactional or consulting area and the arbitration department, which allows us to provide a comprehensive and deep legal counseling to our clients. This, coupled with the international experience of our lawyers and the complement of our practice with the approach of other specialties (economics, psychology and engineering), allows us to make a difference throughout the arbitration and, especially, in the hearings. The Firm has participated in private and investment arbitrations, ad-hoc and administered by the ICC, ICSID, CCL, AMCHAM, PUCP, CAPECO and OSCE. The combined experience of our members represents approximately USD 2.5 billion in arbitration disputes involving corporate, M&A transactional, financial, insolvency, commercial and civil matters, as well as claims arising from infrastructure and construction projects.
