Gurpreet Thathy is a Director at Valkyrie and leads the firm’s cyber security, digital forensics and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) capability. He supports law firms, corporate clients, family offices and private clients in business intelligence, investigations, litigation support and sensitive risk matters where technical evidence, digital activity, surveillance concerns or cyber exposure are central to the issue.
