Private Client
Family Office Practice
Greg counsels his clients on designing and implementing business and tax sensitive plans to transfer management and ownership of operating companies; designing plans to transition wealth and ideals to future generations while minimizing the impact of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes; counseling surviving spouses and children relating to administration of estates; transitioning of property to beneficiaries; and structuring investments.
Greg’s practice works with the design and operation of family offices. He works closely with clients on income tax considerations and structures, charitable giving, designs, and foundations, personal real estate planning, aircraft and boat ownership, and related matters.
Additionally, Greg serves as lead estate counsel on litigation matters relating to definition of estate and trust terms, division of trust assets among disputing beneficiaries, appointment and discharge of fiduciaries, and reformation of estates and trusts to minimize unintended transfer tax consequences.
Greg often represents clients with ultra-high-net-worth, which often involves unique and complex financial situations with high-stakes outcomes.
