Greg Unwin specialises in serious organised crime including homicide, modern slavery, drug trafficking, financial crime and money laundering, as leader or junior. He is particularly sought after in cases requiring complex legal argument. His practice includes regulatory crime and Parts 2 and 5 of POCA.

Recent instructions include a fifteen year old charged with murder; the DWP’s largest fraud investigation; a large scale modern slavery trial; a ‘dark web’ cybercrime fraud; a publican prosecuted for gross negligence manslaughter following the electrocution of a child; and an international corruption prosecution for the SFO.
