Greg's practice focuses on derivatives and structured transactions. Represents clients on regulatory matters, including derivatives regulation and the regulation of financial entities.
Advises financial entities with respect to credit default swaps, total return swaps, FX swaps, credit linked notes and other synthetic instruments. Represents Lenders and Borrowers on hedging matters relating to project finance transactions and other secured financings. Also specializes in representing clients in connection with derivatives regulation, including compliance with new legislation and drafting comment letters to US regulators.
