Gordon Milner is a partner in our Asia technology practice. He specializes in providing advice on life sciences, intellectual property, licensing, and commercial technology transactions.

Gordon has advised clients from Asia, Europe, and the U.S., in the pharmaceutical, biotech, IT and financial services industries on a wide spectrum of technology and regulatory related matters. His practice ranges from major projects such as the establishment of the entire technology infrastructure for a new national PRC bank, to the cutting edge, for example strategic partnerships on CRISPR-Cas9 research and the worldwide roll out of a cloud-based AI platform for large dataset machine learning.

Gordon has particular expertise in cross-border commercial technology transactions in Asia and has worked with clients on a variety of projects from traditional technology transfer arrangements to complex collaborative development relationships. He has substantial experience providing specialist intellectual property, regulatory and operational technology law advice to clients in Greater China and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
