Gina also has extensive experience representing companies in public and private offerings and providing advice on securities compliance, disclosure matters, and corporate governance practices, which she brings to bear in advising on and executing M&A deals and corporate transactions for public companies.

Gina’s work spans a broad range of industries, including consumer/retail, energy, transportation, forest products, and manufacturing, and she has substantial experience with transactions in software and technology.
