Gina Eiben is a co-chair of the firmwide Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She leads public and private companies in their M&A-based liquidity events, investments, divestitures and complex business combination transactions.

Representing clients on both the buy and sell sides of transactions, she has handled matters across a broad range of industries. She possesses substantial experience with transactions in software and technology, as well as consumer/retail, timber and wood products, transportation, and manufacturing.

Gina also has extensive experience representing companies in public and private offerings and providing advice and counseling on securities compliance, disclosure matters and corporate governance practices.

Committed to her community, Gina is a board member of Camp Fire Columbia and a past chair of the board of Portland Parks Foundation.
