Giles is an expert in advising on UK securities regulation and on UK listed company transactions, including takeovers and other stock market regulated M&A transactions, IPOs, reverse takeovers, public equity fundraisings and other Main market and AIM equity capital markets transactions. Giles was seconded for two years to the UK Takeover Panel. Over his career, Giles has advised on over 60 takeover transactions involving UK listed companies, making him one of the UK's busiest lawyers in the public M&A market.
