Giacomo Bossa is a Partner at Barakat + Bossa and is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both Business Litigation and Real Estate Law. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate disputes, corporate transactions, and international arbitration matters.

Giacomo represents businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and property owners in complex litigation and transactional matters. His experience includes handling business disputes, real estate litigation, corporate governance issues, commercial transactions, and cross-border legal matters.

Fluent in Italian and Spanish and conversant in French, Giacomo regularly advises international clients and businesses with interests in the United States. His international education and professional experience provide him with a unique understanding of both civil law and common law systems.

In addition to his legal practice, Giacomo has served in leadership roles within The Florida Bar's Business Law Section and the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast.
