Gediminas Dominas has a wide ranging track record in contentious, as well as transactional work. He is one of the most recognised arbitration lawyers in Lithuania. His experience includes numerous domestic, international and investment arbitration cases with the amounts in dispute ranging up to hundreds of millions of euros. G. Dominas has been involved in arbitration cases under VCCA (Vilnius), UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, LCIA rules as well as ICSID cases. He often acts as an arbitrator under VCCA and ICC rules. Gediminas’ strength is the ability to cope with complicated legal issues and disputes. Over more than 29 years G. Dominas worked on various eminent M&A transactions, real estate and financial deals.
