Angela specializes in real estate, construction law, and resolving issues and disputes related to planning and construction law, as well as environmental law. Before her law studies in the University of Tartu, Angela had got a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in construction sciences and had a decade’s experience as an entrepreneur in waste management, organization of various environmental studies, preparation of detailed and comprehensive plans, and application for building permits. Thanks to her education and long-term experience, Angela is familiar with the legal as well as substantive and technical aspects of her field of specialization.
