Gavin has been a Director of the firm since 2003, having previously worked at the bar and in-house, with Dun & Bradstreet as Sole Counsel, and Capgemini as General Counsel for Asia and subsequently General Counsel for Capgemini UK.

Gavin leads the team at Codified Legal that advises Broadridge on the drafting and negotiation of contracts for software and outsourced services with leading banks and other financial institutions based in the UK and throughout the world. Broadridge is a global Fintech leader that provides communications and technology solutions that power corporate governance, capital markets and wealth and investment management.

He advised Ping Identity's UK business on various matters, covering client contracts, terms of business, data privacy and UK and EU banking outsourcing guidelines.

He also advised advised a digital based learning and development business on the implementation and roll out of its strategic partner and affiliate partner program, enabling them to extend sales and delivery reach beyond its local market. Gavin advised on, amongst others cross border issues and complex data privacy matters, always with the objective of making the engagement with its partners a positive experience.
