Responsible for leading local and cross-border transactional operations, advising national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, fundraising, business structuring and implementation, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and other complex corporate transactions across various sectors of the economy. She worked for six years in investment banking as Vice President of Financial Advisory in M&A transactions, providing a strategic and comprehensive business perspective on the M&A process. She assumed the position of Financial Director at /asbz in 2024, a role she holds concurrently with her duties as a partner-advisor for M&A, Corporate Law, Financial Projects, and Strategic Contracts.
