Aitan, a founding partner of /asbz, assumed the position of Managing Partner in 2024, leading the institutional strategy and executive management of the firm. Career path

He works in the areas of Strategic Civil Litigation, Insolvency, Credit Restructuring, and Central Bank Regulation, with consolidated experience in complex disputes and legal counsel to large national and multinational companies. He has a strong track record in matters involving payment methods, business contracts, judicial and extrajudicial reorganization, and regulatory issues related to the National Financial System.

Before assuming his role as MP, he was CFO and ESG Director, leading projects in corporate governance, performance indicators, and institutional policies focused on sustainability and social responsibility.

He is recognized for his ability to integrate legal knowledge, strategic vision, and institutional leadership, working in sensitive and regulated areas of the business environment.
