Gabriel is an experienced lawyer acting in disputes involving highly complex litigation, contracts, and Private Law matters. He counsels some of the largest companies nationally and internationally. He is frequently retained to assist his clients in major lawsuits that lead to the settlement of paramount precedents in Brazil. 

Career

Prior to founding SOB Advogados, Gabriel was a partner at Lobo de Rizzo Advogados (2019-2021) and an associate at Sergio Bermudes Advogados for more than 10 years. 

He earned an LLM degree in Commercial Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2016) and an LL.B. from Universidade Candido Mendes (2004). 

Professional Memberships

Currently, Gabriel is the coordinator of the Competition Law Commission of Escola Superior de Advocacia de São Paulo (ESA OAB-SP) and vice-president of the Bankruptcy Law Commission of Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo (IASP).

He is the author of several books and scientific research articles that greatly impact the Brazilian legal scenario.
