G. Wogan Bernard has in-depth knowledge of the unique issues involving lenders, servicers, and developers in connection with all aspects of commercial real estate matters. He has successfully counseled clients in matters involving the acquisition, divestiture, development, leasing and financing, loan workouts, foreclosures, and distressed asset assistance of building and development projects. Wogan’s real estate focus includes significant experience representing commercial lenders, developers, and tenants in matters involving office buildings, apartments, condominiums, restaurants, low-income housing, and hotel developments. He has experience assisting clients in planning, zoning, subdivision, and permitting requirements on state and local levels. He is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and currently serves as the ACMA State Chair for Louisiana. He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is a member of the ABA Real Property Trust & Estate Law Section.
