Howell Crosby’s diverse experience in real estate transactions law includes representing clients in connection with the acquisition, sale, financing, development, economic incentives, and leasing of office buildings, multi-family housing, shopping centers, assisted living facilities, hotels, timber, and other natural resources. With over thirty-five years of experience representing clients nationally and locally, his knowledge also includes conveyances, leases, reciprocal easements, operating agreements, management agreements, and loan documents. He is the Past President of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and a Member of the American College of Real Estate Attorneys. He holds a JD/MBA from Tulane University and is licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi.
