Frederik Hasling

Frederik B. Hasling is partner at Mazanti-Andersen, recognized as one of the most specialized law firms on venture capital and fund formation in the Nordics.

Frederik has led numerous financing rounds, with an aggregate value in the billions of dollars, and advises on pre-seed to late-stage venture capital and growth equity financings, formation and operation of funds, corporate governance matters, and strategic decision making.

He provides a pragmatic, hands-on approach to helping high-growth, often disruptive companies, funds and investors navigate through a company’s life cycle, from initial structuring through to exit and beyond.

He advises both international and domestic clients, among these venture funds, venture companies, business angels, and start-ups, which span a diversity of sectors with a stronger focus on the technology and biotech industries.

Frederik is also a member of the Regulatory Committee at Active Owners, the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
