Frédéric Grillier

Frédéric Grillier focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions (involving listed and unlisted companies) as well as on private equity transactions. He is recognized for his experience in corporate law and securities law, and regularly acts on cross-border transactions for French and international clients. He also advises investment funds on leveraged acquisitions.

Frédéric was previously a corporate partner within the Paris office of Herbert Smith Freehills, which he joined in 2002 after having been an associate in the Paris and New York Offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Frédéric is a graduate of the Paris Faculty of Law and of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University (Philadelphia, USA).
