She is a cofounder of VGG & Associés. She has been a partner at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, of which she headed the capital market practice between 2006 and 2012, after having been an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton for 6 years in New York and Paris.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998 and the New York Bar in 2002, she holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, a DESS-DJCE in business law and taxation and a DEA in international private law from the Panthéon-Assas University Paris II.
She is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
