Advises Canadian and international companies and underwriters in connection with a broad range of transactions and issues, with a focus on the mining industry, including M&A, corporate finance, project finance, royalties and metals streaming, continuous disclosure, corporate governance, shareholder activism, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
