• PT Global Digital Niaga (a member of the Djarum Group, popularly known as Blibli) in connection with its IPO, which was hailed as the second largest IPO in 2022 and fifth largest IPO in the history of IDX to date.

• PT Agung Pomodoro Land Tbk., in connection with the acquisition of its ownership over 152 strate titles of Neo Soho Mall, one of the most well-known and popular assets in Indonesia by PT NSM Assets Indonesia, a company ultimately controlled by Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp.

• PT Sinarmas Asset Management, in the Public Offering of Dana Investasi Real Estate (Real Estate Investment Fund or "DIRE") Simas Plaza Indonesia. DIRE Simas Plaza Indonesia is the largest DIRE that has ever been offered in Indonesia, and the first DIRE whose units are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

• PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. in connection with the sale and purchase of its shares in PT Matahari Department Store Tbk. and certain intellectual property rights to PT Meadow Indonesia.

• Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P (“KKR”), one of the biggest global private equity firms in the mega-acquisition of 100% of the business and assets under certain brands and sub-brands of the iconic Australian brand Arnott’s, Kimball, Country Ladle, and Campbell by an affiliate of KKR.

• PT Gozco Capital, in the sale of its shares in PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk (now Bank Neo Commerce), a publicly listed company, to Akulaku (through PT Akulaku Indonesia), a multinational E-commerce platform company and affiliate of Alibaba.

• PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (“FASW”) and its selling shareholder in the acquisition of shares in FASW by the Siam Cement Group Packaging Public Company Limited, from the existing shareholders of FASW through crossing in the bourse.

• the two largest shareholders of PT Link Net Tbk (one of Indonesia’s biggest cable TV operators and fixed broadband internet provider), for the sale of its shares to Axiata, a Malaysian multinational telecommunications conglomerate.

• PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk., in connection with the obtainment of a syndicated loan facility from PT Bank Negara Indonesia and PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk.

• PT Anugerah Surya Pacific Resources, one of the biggest and most prominent mining conglomerates in Indonesia in connection with the sale of the majority shares in 2 (two) of its subsidiaries engaged in the nickel mining business activities in Indonesia, namely PT Stargate Pacific Resources and PT Stargate Mineral Asia to DTN, a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk.
