Françoise defends clients in environmental, health and safety compliance investigations, crisis management and industrial accidents, regulatory enforcement actions and litigation matters before civil, administrative, criminal and arbitral courts. She has extensive experience on soil and groundwater contamination, air emissions, climate change, waste management, and exposure to asbestos and other dangerous substances. Françoise handles regulatory, environmental, health and safety issues in M&A, real estate, and energy transactions, with a particular emphasis on environmental representations and warranties.
