François is a member of the Corporate team, which he joined as a partner in 2006.
With almost 30 years’ experience, he has recognised expertise in stock market law and mergers & acquisitions.
With a background in finance, tax and law, he is involved in a wide range of transactions, including cross-border deals for French and international groups, acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, leveraged deals, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
He has also developed expertise in transactions involving companies with special legal status.
He began his career as a tax lawyer with Coopers & Lybrand in 1995, before joining Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1998. François has taught at Paris-Dauphine University since 1994.
