She also advises her clients on asset management matters and has developed significant experience in commercial leases, and in particular in leases in a future state of completion. Carol intervenes on their restructuring and valorization projects of their real estate assets.

Her scope covers all types of assets (offices, warehouses, businesses, residential, serviced residences).
