Career

Francisco Zúñiga, founding partner of Zúñiga Campos Abogados, is a leading expert in constitutional litigation, free competition, and administrative law. With a distinguished career spanning public service, academia, and private practice, he served as Chief Lawyer of the Ministry of Agriculture’s Legal Department (1990–1994) and as a member of the Constitutional Court of Chile (2006–2009). He is Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Chile and a prolific author in Chile and abroad. Francisco is President and founder of the Chilean Association of Constitutional Law and the Chilean Institute of Administrative Law, as well as a member of the Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Law and the Chilean Bar Association.
