Capital markets and other corporate transactions in U.S. and in Latin America, particularly Brazil. Clients include major international investment banks, large publicly-traded issuers as well as U.S. companies on their transactions in Latin America. She also regularly advises numerous private equity funds and investors. Active in capital markets, securities regulation, cross-border financing and M&A.

In addition to her transactional practice, she regularly advises boards of directors and management on a variety of governance and related topics, including disclosure and compliance matters; stock exchange listing requirements; board composition and director independence; shareholder engagement and activism; shareholder proposals and proxy season trends; management and director succession planning; and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
