Ignacio’s practice focuses on cross-border corporate and financial matters, including debt and equity offerings, liability management transactions, sustainable finance and structured financing, with a special focus on Latin American sovereigns, state-owned enterprises, investment banks and corporations.

He also regularly advises governments and private clients in structured financing, derivative transactions, and restructurings, including the restructuring of Argentina’s and Ecuador’s New York law-governed bonds, both in 2020.
