Francesca Cantone

Francesca, partner of Gitti and Partners Law Firm, has a strong expertise in commercial and corporate law as she has been involved in major corporate reorganizations and restructurings and assists on a regular basis multinational companies in acquisition, transformation, and merger transactions, as well as asset liquidations and collective dismissals.

Francesca has extensive experience in in-house collaborations; she consolidated her expertise in banking and financial law and assists Italian and foreign banks, payment institutions and e-money institutions in disputes concerning investment services, payment services, banking and financial products, including advices on regulatory matters.

Francesca received an LL.M. degree from University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2014, where she focused on the study of commercial law and obtained the Business Law Certificate. She earned a law degree from the University “Università Commerciale L. Bocconi” of Milan in 2007 and was admitted to the bar in 2010.

Francesca is fluent in Italian and English.
