She has a significant experience in international arbitration matters. Flonia played a crucial role in restructuring the partnership of the firm and putting the firm on a path of consistent growth. Her law practice cover industries such as energy, telecom, finance, banking, securities, infrastructure, defense, environment, real estate, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and tourism. Flonia has an extensive experience in M&A projects and privatizations, project finance, public and private partnership, restructuring, securities, competition, international arbitration, regulatory affairs and data protection. Flonia is much praised by the clients of the firm for her deep knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework, her negotiations skills, her persistence in completing the deals successfully, and her innovative approach. Flonia lived for many years in Geneva, Switzerland, where she was graduated from the University of Geneva, where she also completed her post graduate studies.
