Flávia Lubieska

Partner at Escritório Augusto Prolik Advogados since 2013, where she leads the corporate, contracts and digital law practice. She holds a Master's degree in Constitutional Law from the Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino, Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa – IDP (Brasília, 2022), with a dissertation on data intermediation services under Brazil's LGPD and the EU Data Governance Act, and is completing a second Master's in Business Law at the Universidad de Mendoza (Argentina).

Previously worked as in-house counsel at Brookfield Energias Renováveis S/A (2002–2008) and Positivo Informática S/A (2008–2009), and as partner at Câmara Falcão Advogados (2009–2011). Member of the Corporate Law Committee and the Digital Law and Data Protection Committee of OAB/PR. Visiting professor at Universidad Internacional del Ecuador and university professor at FANEESP (Civil Law). Research contributor to the AI and Law group at Insper. Author of the book Serviços de intermediação de compartilhamento de dados (Editora Dialética, 2023) and regular contributor to legal journals on data protection and corporate law topics.
