Fernando Pantaleón joined the firm as a senior consultant in 2018.

His professional practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, national and international arbitration and the issuance of legal opinions in the area of private law.

He has over 20 years of experience in advising and defending the interests of a wide variety of companies such as financial institutions, gas and electricity companies, audiovisual rights exploitation companies and construction companies.

He is professor of Civil Law and a permanent member of the Civil Section of the National Codification Commission. He has served as a judge at The First Chamber of the Supreme Court.
