With 16 years of professional experience, Fernando has built a distinguished career advising high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients on complex legal matters. His practice spans corporate law, wealth structuring, succession planning, family governance, dispute resolution and real estate, with a particular focus on family-owned businesses.

Clients value his strategic insight, technical precision, and long-term vision, especially in cross-border matters and multigenerational estate planning. He was recently named as a board member of Empresas Armas S.A., a construction and a real estate company founded in 1964. CDCh is a non-profit organization founded by three relevant and neighboring families committed to contributing to the development of Choshuenco town and its surroundings.
