With over 35 years of experience in advising and defending judicial or arbitration claims for complex large risk losses, he has participated in numerous significant litigations in Spain over the past 25 years, which have affected property damage, business interruption, transportation, construction, engineering, credit, and liability insurance.
In his professional practice, he has assisted large Spanish and foreign companies in the out-of-court handling of significant international claims occurring in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, assuming the coordination and management of subsequent processes.
Regular speaker at courses and seminars on insurance law, he has participated in events organized by the General Council of the Judiciary, the Spanish Association of Insurance Brokers (ADECOSE), the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration (IPA), the Association of Cooperative Research between Insurance Entities and Pension Funds (ICEA), and the Spanish Association of Risk and Insurance Managers (AGERS), among others.
