She provides strategic counsel on brand protection and intellectual property risk mitigation, both domestically and internationally. Her practice also includes advising on copyright protection strategies, domain name disputes, and publicity rights matters, ensuring clients benefit from comprehensive intellectual property protection. Fernanda has extensive experience handling office actions, oppositions, and supporting litigation by conducting legal analysis, developing case strategies, and implementing enforcement measures. She brings particular expertise in Latin America, navigating regional nuances and regulations to effectively manage trademark matters across borders. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Before joining Lowe Graham Jones, Fernanda built her practice at a well-regarded São Paulo law firm, where she managed contentious brand-protection and IP litigation.
