Felipe Tucunduva van Den Berch van Heemstede focuses his practice on investment funds of all kinds, and participates in M&A, banking and securitization transactions involving funds as vehicles. He specializes in structured funds, particularly receivables investment funds (FIDCs), real estate investment funds (FIIs), exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and private equity funds (FIPs), also advising on deals related to non-structured funds. His practice spans a wide range of industries, especially banking, auto parts, financial services, governmental, real estate, real estate financing and technology industries.
