Federico Fruhbeck

Federico is Global Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn’s Projects and Infrastructure Practice Group and Co-Head of Private Equity in Europe. Federico’s practice focuses on cross-border M&A transactions across Europe and Latin America for private equity sponsor clients, with a particular focus in the infrastructure, ESG/climate and real assets and industrials sectors, including telecom (towers, fibre optic, data centres and broadcasting), utilities, transportation, water and wastewater (and EfW), renewable energy, education, healthcare and healthcare infrastructure (including pharma), shipping, industrials (including building materials, chemicals and petrochemicals), as well as technology (particularly cloud solutions, cybersecurity and technology services). Federico is also very active in the climate change space and represents many private equity sponsors in their investments in that sector.
