Farid Nabili is the Managing Partner of Caspian Legal Center. He advises multinational companies, financial institutions and domestic corporate groups on corporate, tax, regulatory and investment matters, with particular experience in major projects, construction, banking and finance.

Before founding Caspian Legal Center, Farid held senior legal and managerial positions in both the private and public sectors. He served as Head of the Tax Legislation Improvement Department at the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where he initiated and contributed to the introduction of several international taxation concepts into Azerbaijani tax legislation, including transfer pricing, the Tax Free regime, advance tax rulings and the general anti-avoidance rule. He previously worked for the Central Bank of Azerbaijan and served as head of legal at a major Azerbaijani investment group.

Farid also has substantial experience in construction and infrastructure projects and has advised on FIDIC-based contracts for major public and private developments in Azerbaijan. He has been teaching business and tax law at Azerbaijani universities for more than a decade.
