Career

Farid Nabili is the Managing Partner of Caspian Legal Center. Before founding Caspian Legal Center, Farid held senior legal and managerial positions in both private sector groups and public institutions, including serving as Head of the Tax Legislation Improvement Department at the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In this role, he initiated and contributed to the introduction of several international taxation concepts into Azerbaijani tax legislation, including transfer pricing, the tax-free regime, advance tax rulings, and the general anti-avoidance rule.

Farid has been in private practice for over a decade and regularly advises multinational clients, financial institutions, and domestic corporate groups on complex tax, corporate, regulatory, and investment matters.
