Farhana combines over 25 years of extensive cross-discipline expertise and a sophisticated understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape to guide financial institutions and companies on corporate and finance transactions, compliance, and governance matters involving:

Farhana is Chairperson of the Law Society of Singapore’s Corporate Practice Committee and a Fellow Member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore. She regularly writes on ESG and Singapore corporate and regulatory law.
She maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on migrant workers and human rights issues.
