Amy Beckingham, Vice Chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Department, advises clients across Asia on a full spectrum of corporate transactions.
Amy advises private equity, real estate, infrastructure, sovereign wealth, and venture capital funds, as well as emerging and listed companies on corporate transactions including:
- Public and private M&A and joint ventures
- Fundraising
- Restructuring
- Initial public offerings
She draws on broad experience handling transactions across the region, regularly advising clients throughout the full lifecycle of their investments — from early stage to IPO exits. Resident in Asia since 2011, first in Hong Kong and now based in Singapore — Amy has advised clients across the region, from China to India. And she has advised private equity clients on IPO exits in Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Amy combines a client-focused, responsive, and commercial sensibility with a keen sense of market practice across the region, to provide strong advocacy for her clients.
