Fadi Samman represents domestic and international fund sponsors in connection with organizing, structuring and operating private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, secondary funds and hedge funds. He advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds. In addition, Fadi has extensive experience representing sponsors and investors in connection with liquidity solutions transactions, including acquiring and selling private fund investments on the secondary market and complex GP-led secondary transactions.
