Fabio Vieira is responsible for the Corporate, M&A, Contracts, Technology, Innovation and Data Protection areas of the firm and has been working in these areas for over 20 and 5 years, respectively. During this period, he moved between renowned law firms and multinational companies, with an emphasis on corporate transactions, purchase and sale of assets/shares and corporate reorganizations, international corporate planning, foreign direct investments, various commercial agreements, technology transfers, intellectual property contracts in general, and purchase and sale of goods, among other complex operations. He also assisted important national and international clients in matters related to data protection and technology, such as data protection compliance program, data mapping, drafting processing and international transfer agreements and policies, private impact assessments, legal opinions, among others.
