As the Co-Head of the Employment Law Department at our firm, I bring over 20 years of dedicated practice in the field of employment law. My role involves providing strategic counsel to corporate clients on a range of employment matters, with a particular focus on management contracts. I have a proven track record of successfully representing high-profile employers in complex court cases and providing expert guidance on redundancy programs and the drafting of employment contracts. Additionally, I offer valuable advice on the employment implications of restructurings and acquisitions.

In addition to my role in employment law, I also serve as the Co-Head of the Competition Law Department, where I have accumulated over 20 years of experience since the inception of the Competition Act in 2005. I possess a deep understanding of competition law and have developed strong relationships with relevant authorities, particularly the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina. My expertise spans various areas, including mergers, joint ventures, and cartel investigations. Notably, I have contributed to significant amendments to the Competition Act in both 2007 and 2009, further demonstrating my commitment to shaping the legal landscape in this field.
