Bojana is a Partner and a Co-Head of the Corporate/M&A Practice Group at Marić&Co. With over 14 years of professional experience, Bojana advised on most prominent transactions and key foreign investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina on setting up and structuring their business operations in the country. Bojana regularly advises on national and cross-border M&A, including share and asset deals, mergers, de-mergers, takeovers, joint ventures and restructurings.
