With more than 25 years of professional experience, Ewa covers all aspects of business operations from the angle of environmental protection law and climate change regulations. She advises Polish and foreign companies (top players, mainly from the manufacturing, energy, real estate, and industrials sectors) and public bodies on issues regarding Polish and EU environmental protection law.
Her professional experience covers all aspects of environment, climate change, and regulatory issues having impact on business operations including such as: ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) and green compliance, product lifecycle management, product stewardship, product compliance, product liability, and labelling, waste management and circular economy, food and agribusiness regulations, REACH (chemicals/biocides) regulations, climate change litigation, and greenwashing litigation.
Ewa also covers in her practice the regulatory compliance aspects for products, such as the EU WEEE, RoHS and REACH/CLP as well as helps clients in development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs as well as during internal and external audits by authorities.
