May 5, 2022 – Dentons has appointed partner Ewa Rutkowska-Subocz as Head of the Europe Public Law and Regulatory practice for the term ending December 31, 2024.  In this new role, she will be responsible for establishing and leading a full-scope offering to assist clients in navigating the increasingly complex regulatory environment.

The Europe Public Law and Regulatory practice will provide legal advice and litigation support related to public procurement and tendering, government contracts (including PPP and concessions), labelling, administrative law, environmental law (including REACH and chemicals), urban planning, climate change, product liability, mining regulatory, and defense and security.  The practice will also collaborate closely with sector groups such as Energy, Technology Media and Telecommunications, Life Sciences and Healthcare to deliver sector-specific regulatory advice.
