Evelyn has a depth of experience in advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial work to entrepreneurs, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and corporates operating locally, nationally and internationally. Regular instructions include share and business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, company reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, demergers and commercial contracts, typically working on the other side of ranked national and regional firms.

Career

Evelyn qualified as a solicitor in 2002 having completed her training with a firm in Nottingham. She joined Porter Dodson as a Partner in 2012 and Heads the Corporate Commercial team.
