.Evan Kastner has over 20 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, emerging growth and public companies, and venture capital and private equity investors in the technology and consumer brand industries. He advises clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including venture and growth equity financings, sell and buy-side merger and acquisition transactions, entity formations, debt financings and corporate governance matters. Evan has advised emerging growth companies and venture funds on over 1,000 angel, venture and growth equity financings and over 100 M&A transactions having billions of dollars in aggregate transaction value.
Career
Evan is a partner and co-founder of Kastner Gravelle LLP, a 25 lawyer Texas-based boutique law firm focused on representing emerging growth technology companies and consumer brands, as well as their investors. Prior to that he was a corporate attorney in the Austin, Texas office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and the Colorado office of Cooley. Before attending law school, Evan was a management consultant with PwC, where he advised clients in the technology and manufacturing industries.
